About Whitney
I am a passionate Mathematics tutor with over 9 years of experience helping students achieve their academic goals. My MSc in Actuarial Science has refined my analytical and logical thinking. I have led successful problem-solving workshops that challenge students to think deeply. I also specialize in coaching for mathematics competitions.
My teaching style focuses on critical thinking and structured problem-solving. I encourage students to approach problems step by step. Creativity is also an important part of my teaching. I believe in exploring multiple solution paths. Number theory and problem analysis are areas I particularly enjoy.
I have worked extensively with gifted students. Helping them push their limits is very rewarding. I create an environment where learning is engaging and interactive. Students are encouraged to learn from their mistakes.
Mathematics is more than just solving problems. It is about understanding and discovery. There is great joy in tackling complex challenges. I aim to help students experience that joy. Together, we can build strong analytical skills and confidence.
