About Anvesha
Hello! I’m Anvesha, a postgraduate student of Clinical Psychology with a strong foundation in both theory and practical work. I’ve been studying psychology since 2019 and have experience as a trainee therapist, content creator, and mental health educator. Over the years, I’ve helped many students feel more confident in their understanding of the subject, whether it’s breaking down tricky topics, preparing for exams, or polishing assignments. I bring a thoughtful and student-friendly approach to teaching, combining academic knowledge with real-world insights from clinical settings. I like to keep my classes interactive, clear and practical. As a student of MSc Clinical Psychology and a trainee therapist, I bring real-life insights to what we study. My goal is to help you actually understand the subject, not just memorize it. I usually start with a quick recap, then we break down the topic using examples, stories or case discussions. I often throw in small quizzes or mock questions to make sure it sticks. If you're working on assignments or presentations, I’m happy to guide you through those too. What makes my classes different is that I connect theory with real experiences. Psychology isn’t just in books, it’s in people; and I try to bring that alive in each session.
