About Susila

I believe one's ability to speak and write English well is an asset that will carry an individual far and wide. I have a passion to work with young children and mould them for a bright future. I have extensive experience working with young children in the special education field which has equipped me with skills like patience, compassion and analitical thinking which helps me understand individuals better and plan lessons according to each student's distinct traits and needs. Elements of humour and structure form the basis of each lesson, ensuring that the learning process is a fun and productive experience.

About the lesson

Taking on a functional approach, I teach the English language using fun activities that motivate and drive students towards excellence. Classes are an hour long and each lesson is focussed on a specific grammatical or linguistical aim which collectively are structured to improve the students understanding andquality of the language. Learning is a two way process and in my class students are encouraged to question or discuss issues, thus creating a dynamic and exciting learning process. The main aim of my classes is to make students understand the basic grammatical rules of the English language and be able to use it in a confident and efficient manner.
