About Aishah
Hello!
My name is Aishah and I am a mental health practitioner who has been passionately dedicated to learning about psychology and educating my clients on evidence-based techniques and theories to help them better understand their conditions and situations. The ways that I have learned to be a student in this field have made me more passionate to impart learnings from my experience both as a student and a practitioner.
The first step in getting closer to where you want to be is, to be honest with yourself on where you are currently and the perceived barriers in front of you. We will discuss the challenges that you are faced with from understanding psychological concepts/modules/theories by using what you already know and then building up your baseline gradually so it gets more understandable and closer towards where you want to be at the end.
Slowly but surely, well-paced and all within your means.

About the lesson

Making sense of complex and abstract concepts by breaking them down to a student's lived experience to make them more relevant and applicable to understand. Goal-directed and well-paced according to the student's needs. Lesson will roughly take about 40 minutes-1 hour depending on the topic of discussion/teaching. Lessons are for those who are currently students of A level/foundation/diploma/degree who would like to gain more understanding in psychology modules.
