About Emma

With over 4 years' experience teaching in a classroom with diverse learners, I am an expert at differentiating Spanish education to fit each individual's needs. I've taught levels ranging from Special Education introductory Spanish to Pre-AP4, so I can adapt my lessons as necessary. I'm a firm believer that being multilingual is an essential skill in today's interconnected world and I bring that passion to my lessons. I have immersed myself in the language and culture through study abroad and volunteer teaching experiences that have encouraged me to bring Spanish to life for my students!

About the lesson

I will take the time to get to know you as an indivual learner by pre-assessing your skills and knowledge. Be prepared to practice your Spanish in reading, listening, speaking, and writing using authentic scenarios and resources. I will challenge you while making sure your feel comfortable in taking risks in the language!
My lessons are for anyone looking to practice their Spanish skills. Anyone from children, high school students, to college students will find success with me. I can help you prepare for the Seal of Biliteracy, the AP Spanish exams, or your college courses using my individualized approach to learning.
