About Tessa

Yoga accompanies me in my everyday life and is not only a physical practice, but also a mental one. Through its philosophy and practice, I have found tools that allow me to face the ups and downs of life and to better apprehand certain situations, but also to feel better connected to my body and its feelings. It also brings me a lot in the practice of horse riding in order to improve my posture, release tensions and refine my connexion with the horse.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you and supporting you in your yoga practice.

About the lesson

My classes are punctuated by a time of meditation and breathing exercises to deepen the postures.
All this in a thoughtful and respectful atmosphere accompanied by music or in silence according to your linking. The class is adjusted to your objectives and I will be correcting your posture or giving you posture alternatives according to your needs.
