Kate is a third year student at the University of Melbourne and a passionate tutor. She loves reading, and helping students achieve their goals.

Hi! My name's Kate, I'm a passionate tutor, music teacher and 3rd year student at the University of Melbourne. Since receiving a raw 47 in Literature, A+ in year 10-11 General English and a 98.2 ATAR, I have helped students to succeed in English.
Lessons with me are:
- process driven, where I break down complex topics into simple steps
- personalised, you learn best when the lessons are tailored to your needs.
- detailed, lessons with me include access to a large library of resources and thorough essay feedback.
- interactive, I want to help you learn through exercises and discussion.
Who are these lessons for?
- Year 9-12 Literature and English Students. I specialise in 3/4 Lit tutoring, however love teaching the other year levels too!
How much time do I need?
- This depends! 1 hour a week works for most students, but if you are studying English and Lit, or want a bit more support - I offer longer/more frequent sessions as well.
My experience as a high performing student, as well as a teacher and mentor, allow me to help you reach your goals!

- $40/hr, Group Sessions. Study with friends and get a discount.
- $60/hr, One on One for years 9-11
- $80/hr, One on One for year 12 students. This includes additional feedback and support.
