About Amber
I’m a vocal coach with over 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Vocal Performance. I teach singers from all backgrounds, including school students, college performers, and adults pursuing professional growth. My lessons are tailored to support each individual’s voice and artistic goals.
Musical theater and Broadway performance are my primary focus. I help students learn how to communicate character and emotion through song while developing confident stage presence. We work on belt technique, vocal agility, and the flexibility needed to transition smoothly between musical styles.
In addition to performance skills, I emphasize ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory. These tools help singers understand music more deeply and perform with greater freedom. I also prioritize safe vocal practices so students can build strength and range without strain.
My lessons are interactive, encouraging creativity and exploration. I believe that confidence grows when singers feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll nurture your unique voice and bring your musical storytelling to life on stage.

My methodology centers on balancing vocal technique with real-world musical skills. Each lesson is structured to help singers grow steadily while staying creative and expressive. Students from school level to advanced music study benefit from a supportive and interactive learning environment.
We begin with essential vocal development including breathing, tone placement, and pitch control. Vocal agility and belt technique are introduced gradually to ensure healthy singing habits. Ear training and harmony exercises help singers understand music more deeply.
Recording skills are an important part of my teaching. Students learn microphone technique, including how to manage distance and dynamics for a clean vocal sound. Studio recording etiquette is also covered so singers know how professional sessions work.
I also guide students through vocal layering, harmony stacks, and blending techniques used in modern recordings. We explore how effects like reverb and delay enhance emotion and depth in a vocal track.
This approach helps serious vocal students and music majors sound confident and professional when recording. Practical knowledge and strong technique go hand in hand. The aim is to help every singer create recordings that truly stand out.
