About Ava
I have been learning Spanish for years, inspiring a summer trip to Costa Rica before starting college. After this, when started my college career my I took and completed an intensive Spanish language course through which I passed a proficiency test. The course included studies of the language as well as the culture.

My approach is student involvement and immersion. If a student doesn't participate, especially in a language course, I find learning to be much more difficult. I wild like to create an inclusive classroom setting where one can feel confortable sharing, regardless of their level of Spanish.
