I always create a positive learning space and allow mistakes. I love how curious children can be, so I'm always building on their curiosity. It is important to prioritise learning over grades. I always encourage them to do better. I am also a fan of rewards. I reward those who do good and also those who do not, so as to encourage them to. Play with them and also break away from lessons now and then just to keep them interested.
My students must feel like they matter. Lessons with me will be fun, comfortable, and relaxed. I allow my students the opportunity to see mistakes and imperfections as part of learning.
