About Jaza

Assalamu Alaikum! My name is Jaza, and I am a passionate Quran student and aspiring teacher with a deep love for the Quran and its recitation.

Quran recitation has always been something close to my heart. Throughout my school years, I regularly had opportunities to recite the Quran on stage and have participated in and won Quran recitation competitions. These experiences helped strengthen my confidence, love for recitation and appreciation for beautiful and correct Quranic pronunciation.

As someone who is still continuing my own journey of learning and memorizing the Quran, I understand that learning takes patience, consistency and encouragement. I hope to share what I have learned with younger students and help make their Quran journey a positive and enjoyable experience, In Sha Allah.

I believe that a kind, patient and encouraging teacher can make a meaningful difference in how a child connects with the Quran. My aim is to create a comfortable space where students feel confident to learn, ask questions and improve without fear of making mistakes.

I look forward to continuing to learn alongside my students and helping them take beautiful steps towards building a lifelong relationship with the Quran and their Deen, In Sha Allah.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to be gentle, patient and encouraging, especially for children who may be beginners.
In my lessons, I can help students with:

• Learning Arabic letters and correct pronunciation from the beginning
• Quran reading for complete beginners
• Improving Quran recitation and fluency
• Basic Tajweed rules and applying them during recitation
• Correcting pronunciation and makharij
• Hifdh support and memorization practice
• Revision and listening practice for memorized portions
• Islamic stories

My goal is not only to help students improve their Quranic skills, but also to help them develop a love and connection with the Quran and their Deen, In Sha Allah.

Lessons are offered for children and teenagers, including complete beginners. I am happy to adapt my teaching pace and approach according to the student's age, level and individual needs.
