About Ana
As an animal care specialist, my services cater to pets with a range of medical, behavioural, and cognitive needs, including anxiety, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, epilepsy, visual impairment, and specific behaviour management requirements.
My top priority is the wellness of all pets. I strive to maintain constant communication, ensuring each pet’s safety, physical health, and emotional well-being. With certification in pet first-aid, I specialize in post-operative care for pets, including neutered or spayed pets, dental work, and hip surgery.
My clientele is varied, from first-time pet owners to rescues, from shy pets to vocal-pulling dogs, from over-enthusiastic jumpers to playful biters. I excel at providing solutions for separation anxiety and reactive animals.
Additionally, I am an active volunteer at the SF SPCA, specializing in shelter pets that require medical attention and care in stressful conditions. I also plan to volunteer at AKC events focused on hunting, scent work, behavioural modifications, and more. Along with my pet care services, I also offer training sessions in home manners, youth handler mentoring, and long-term mentorship opportunities in outdoor dog sports.

Puppy Home Manners (3 months [12 weeks] to 1 year)
Start your puppy’s journey on the right paw with foundational skills, including responding to petting, grooming acceptance, and mastering the 'sit' command, among other essential behaviors. This stage sets the groundwork for a well-behaved companion ready to learn and adapt.
Obedience and Engagement
Elevate the bond between you and your dog with advanced obedience and engaging activities. From 'sit-stay’ with distance and impeccable recall to playful interactions with humans and toys and mastering off-leash walking. These sessions are designed to enrich your dog’s obedience and enhance their well-being through fun and interactive learning.
Canine Outdoor Sports
Explore the great outdoors with activities to keep your dog fit and stimulated. From structured walks, scent work, retrieval games, agility tasks like fitting in small holes, and working confidently in a group of dogs, this module promotes physical fitness and mental sharpness, fostering a well-rounded canine.
Owner’s Commitment
Your commitment is key to the success of this training program. With a minimum 6-month subscription, we ask that you ensure your dog is ready and receptive for each session. We emphasize clear communication and setting mutual expectations, focusing on one primary handler per family unit to maintain consistency.
