About Shonnie's Studio of Art

I love helping people explore what art means to them. Individuals will learn from my teachings to develop the important fundamentals to excel in the art world. I have been doing art since I was 13 years old and have enjoyed it ever since. I started at Wasatch Junior High and through the years attended the Peterson Art Center. I have won several awards from participating in many art shows such as Hogle Zoo, Davis County Fair, Granite Furniture, and in my younger years Wasatch Junior High. I have taught classes for the disabled through the Utah Food Bank and individually for Davis County and Salt Lake areas. I currently teach art at West Jordan Elementary and individually through my business Shonnie's Studio of Art. I teach virtual classes all over the US and in person in Bountiful, Millcreek, and Taylorsville locations.

About the lesson

Check out my website Shonnie's Studio of Art and commission prints at shonnieart. I teach, virtual online and in-person lessons. My classes are ongoing. I teach most mediums with lessons involving elements of art, techniques, famous artists, and art history. I implement fun activities with chemistry, science, history, crafts, and fun painting/drawing ideas and exercises.
