About Данила

I am fluent in Russian, and have a Bachelor's Degree from China's Pedagogical University. I have 3+ years of teaching experience with students of all ages, young children and corporate professionals, and have a special interest in teaching students how to communicate between the Russian and Chinese cultures. Because of my background, I know the challenges that students encounter and can offer a smooth and efficient learning journey. My approach relies on mnemonics and rich associations for Russian grammar and vocabulary, making them easy to memorize. I'm literally living the language, which is why I use real-world examples, popular TV shows, social media and memes in my classes. This way, you'll learn the true, contemporary Russian that is spoken today.

Each lesson plan includes a typical lesson plan of 60 minutes.
10 min: Warm-up/Review of previous content to increase consistency.
20 minutes: introduction of new topic and clear and simple explanations.
20 min: Focused tasks to reinforce new learning.
10 min: Final wrap-up with interactive discussions and games.

What Sets Me Apart
I am fluent in Russian and have a degree in Pedagogy from a Chinese university. Having taught Chinese and international students for more than 3 years, I have a good understanding of your challenges with Chinese language. I cross the cultural divide and share the reasons behind the language and not only the how.
