About Eve
I am a passionate violin tutor with 11+ years of teaching experience, working with high school students, college learners, and adults, and I have successfully taught around 300 students from different backgrounds and skill levels. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clarity, and steady progress, as I believe every student can learn violin with the right guidance.
I focus on building strong fundamentals such as posture, bow control, finger placement, and tone quality, which are essential for long-term improvement. I explain each concept in a simple and easy way so students can understand and apply it in their practice. I also include exercises, scales, and songs to make lessons engaging and enjoyable.
One of my key achievements is helping students move from beginners to confident performers. My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel motivated and enjoy learning music.

I teach violin with a student-centered methodology that prioritizes communication, flexibility, and practical learning. Every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons to their preferred style, pace, and goals. I teach posture, bowing, fingering, intonation, tone, phrasing, and expressive skills while fostering creativity and personal interpretation.
I incorporate real-life examples like learning favorite songs, performing in small recitals, and understanding music’s emotional impact to make lessons relatable and meaningful. In addition to violin, I teach music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, sight-reading, and basic piano skills to develop comprehensive musicianship. My goal is to make lessons structured, enjoyable, and confidence-building.
