About Akanksha
I am an AfN registered nutritionist (AfN) currently doing a PhD in Exercise Science & Nutrition. Amid the confusion about health and nutrition on social media, I offer evidence-based coaching. I have a strong academic background in clinical as well as sports Nutrition which allows me to understand my clients' requirements from a broader perspective. I believe a healthy diet and exercise shouldn’t feel like a punishment, it must be enjoyable and sustainable. Thus, my services are designed to help you build habits and empower you to maintain a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime.

I offer nutrition counselling that can help you build a healthy relationship with food and address your fitness goals from weight loss, muscle gain or performance best at your sports. Food must be healthy and tasty, and should be without restrictions. My sessions will support you find the best suitable way for you to enjoy your meals without getting trapped into the myths about nutrition on social media. No restrictions, no expensive foods, no starvation, just easy and tasty eating habits to keep you fit and healthy.
