About Motahareh
Hi! I’m Motahareh, a Persian language teacher and learning coach from Iran. I hold an MA in Teaching Persian to Non-Persian Speakers and a BA in Persian Language and Literature. I have over 6 years of experience in teaching and education, including working with international students and learners from different backgrounds. I’m passionate about Persian language, Iranian culture, and literature, and I enjoy creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making progress at their own pace.

My lessons are personalized, practical, and focused on helping you use Persian beyond the classroom. I combine language teaching with learning coaching, so we work not only on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation, but also on how to keep practicing between lessons.
In a typical lesson, we review your progress, work on your main goal, practice Persian through real-life situations, and finish with a practical plan for your next steps.
I teach beginners to advanced learners, including university students, heritage learners, and people who want to communicate with Iranian partners, friends, or family. We can also work on academic Persian, reading and writing, Iranian culture, and Persian literature.
My goal is to help you become an independent and confident Persian learner—not someone who only studies Persian for one hour a week.
