About Gracie
I am a law student at University of York. I studied English Literature at A Level (A), as well as History (A*) and German (A). I have always been a passionate writer and found English to be a strong suit of mine. Although I am not myself a teacher and cannot claim to be, I feel I could more than support younger students in their studies. In the past, I have worked as a tutor for two primary aged boys providing homework support where needed.

I have experience in tutoring both a Year 4 and Year 2 child in comprehension and creative writing tasks. I am friendly and approachable and have a passion for the subject. English can be tricky for many students but I have lots of techniques which help break it down and simplify. Often just having someone to support and help keep focus can make all the difference in aiding understanding.
