About Maria do Carmo

From an early age, I've been interested in self-development, and throughout my life I've applied reflection techniques to make decisions.
I graduated in chemical engineering because of my passion for nature and I have lived in China and Denmark. I have also been in a long-distance relationship for 2 years. Now my partner and I are together.
I returned to Portugal in January 2021, and the stability of returning to my roots gave me the opportunity to focus and pursue the dream of helping others to realize what they really want and bring out the best in themselves.
I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Coaching, by the transformation academy.

About the lesson

I'll help you whether you already have a goal in mind or not. You will discover how you can elevate your life, who you really are without the expectations from others, what you really want and how you can achieve it. You will feel empowered and motivated.

The coaching sessions are based on questions and tools that make you reflect and get to the bottom of yourself. The programming that shapes us from an early age, the culture and environment in which we grow up have a huge influence on how we act and see the world, and most importantly how we see ourselves and how we see the future. Come free yourself from the social mask, come to create seeds that will take you much further and make you more fulfilled.
