About Abdessamad

I’m a dedicated fitness coach with solid experience in gym training, strength and conditioning, and boxing-based workouts. I work with motivated people who want real physical change: fat loss, muscle gain, better stamina, and stronger discipline — not shortcuts or empty promises. My coaching approach is simple and effective. We train smart, stay consistent, and build progress step by step. I focus on correct technique, structured programming, and realistic habits that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to help you improve your body and mindset while avoiding common mistakes and injuries. I don’t follow trends or social-media workouts. I believe in serious training, clear structure, and work that actually pays off. My Services Muscle gain & body recomposition. Fat loss & conditioning. My lessons are structured, practical, and fully goal-oriented. No random workouts, no wasted time. Every session is adapted to your level, physical condition, and personal objective, whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, improve strength, or boost overall conditioning.

Each session includes a proper warm-up, an effective main workout, technique correction, progressive overload or conditioning work, and a cool-down with recovery basics. Training can be done at home or in the gym, online or in person when possible. Programs are realistic, sustainable, and focused on long-term results.
