About Biju
I’ve been training for the past 7 years and have hands-on experience helping people with fat loss, muscle gain and strength. I’ve also worked with clients at Cult.fit and trained people in apartment communities, helping them work towards their fitness goals with practical workouts and nutrition guidance. I keep things simple and realistic, with workouts based on your fitness level, routine and goals.

My sessions are focused on fat loss, muscle gain, strength and overall fitness. Every workout is planned around your current fitness level, goals, routine and available equipment. I focus on proper form, progressive training and practical nutrition rather than extreme diets or unrealistic workouts. I’ll track your progress, adjust your workouts when needed and help you stay consistent. I’ve trained clients at Cult.fit as well as in apartment communities, so the sessions can be adapted to different environments and fitness levels.
