About Xavier
I am a trainer trained in the SICCED (Training and Certification System for Sports Coaches). I have always liked sports and I have been teaching for 5 years. I have knowledge of parkour, rock climbing, slackline, running, swimming, cycling, basketball, functional training, bodybuilding, TRX, capoeira angola, box and kick boxing.

I like to make a combination of several disciplines for a better understanding of motor skills, movements and our possibilities. Normally we focus on only one part of the body (upper or lower), and the central part of the body (abdomen and back) is left very aside, which is what helps us to stabilize all the time. Natural movements are the best start. Motivation is a fundamental part of my training.
