About VITOR

I have a degree in Physical Education and am currently studying Physiotherapy, which allows me to have a broader and more in-depth view of human movement, injury prevention and rehabilitation. In addition, I have specializations and courses in the area of Pilates, injury prevention and training for special groups, such as the elderly, pregnant women and people with specific conditions.
