About Mark

I am a dedicated and passionate coach with over a decade of experience in fitness, kickboxing, and personal development. My journey began with a love for martial arts, which grew into a career teaching both adults and children the benefits of structured training, discipline, and self-belief. Alongside martial arts, I am a qualified Personal Trainer, helping people transform their health, build strength, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. As both a coach and a father, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and creating a supportive learning environment. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, learn kickboxing from scratch, or simply build confidence in yourself, I bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results-focused approach to every session. Students can expect clear guidance, safe and effective teaching methods, and a positive atmosphere where progress—big or small—is always celebrated. My aim is to not only help you train your body but also to build resilience and mindset skills that carry over into everyday life. I welcome beginners through to intermediate levels, and I am equally confident teaching both children and adults. My coaching style is adaptable to your needs, making sure each session leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired to keep moving forward.

My approach is a balance of structure, encouragement, and adaptability. I combine proven training methods with a motivating, hands-on teaching style to make sure every session is both effective and enjoyable. Whether we’re focusing on fitness, strength, or martial arts skills, I break down each movement step by step so it’s easy to follow and build upon. Teaching style & methods: Clear demonstrations followed by guided practice Focus on correct technique to prevent injury and build confidence Fun, engaging drills that keep lessons dynamic and varied A blend of physical training and mindset coaching to encourage lasting change Lesson structure: Typical sessions run for 60 minutes, though I can adapt for younger students (shorter sessions with games and drills) or longer personal training blocks if needed. Each lesson includes a warm-up, skills/fitness work, and a cool-down to ensure safe, progressive training. Experience & qualifications: Qualified Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor with years of experience teaching adults and children. Background in martial arts and fitness coaching, with a focus on helping people achieve goals they once thought out of reach. Experience running bootcamps, 1-to-1 sessions, small groups, and children’s martial arts classes.
