My approach combines physical training and mindset coaching to create real, lasting transformation — not just short-term results.
As a personal trainer and mindset coach, I use a structured and progressive methodology that develops strength, confidence, discipline and resilience. My coaching is influenced by performance training, functional fitness and discipline-based practices, including martial arts when relevant — but always adapted to the individual.
Teaching methodology
Each session is fully personalized based on your goals, level and mindset.
I focus on:
Progressive physical training (strength, conditioning, mobility)
Mindset development (confidence, discipline, emotional control)
Building consistency and strong habits
Practical tools you can apply in your daily life

Warm-up and mobility
