About Jonathan
- Graduated fitness coach & certified CFit L1 coach - Personal trainer & Physical trainer for Paris University Club (PUC) competitors in the SAMBO sports and SAMBO Combat disciplines since the end of 2016 I support and mentor collectively or individually regional, national and international level competitors in general and specific physical preparation sessions.(many of them participated in the European, world and European games championships) I have been practicing bodybuilding for over 15 years. Certified and State graduate, I followed several other courses, in particular the Bayesian Bodybuilding Personal trainer courses of Menno Henselmans. I also learned a lot through my meetings and personal coaching with big names in the fitness field including Rudy Coia, Vincent Issartel, Christian Thibaudeau, Aurelien Broussal, Fred Mompo or Nathalie Camou. I consider myself in perpetual formation, both in terms of practice and theory; I am curious about new training methods and the latest scientific research in the field of sport / fitness and nutrition. Pragmatic, I have this ability to question well-established practices and dogmas in the fitness world. It's simple, for me "is true, what works to achieve your goals!"

In personal training, training is individualized. , each individual is unique, the session will have to take into account several criteria: sporting passive, current physical condition, morphology and desired objectives. It is thus difficult, even perilous, to offer a "typical" session. Nevertheless, there will always be certain invariants which will structure the training session: the warm-up, the core of the session as we will define it, and the return to calm In the context of a fitness, I will always integrate the bodyweight work. Indispensable and functional, this work will allow you to build a solid physical base on which will then rest all the rest of the building that you will be able to acquire as you train. I will illustrate the benefits of this method by taking for example gymnasts, often very comfortable in other sports, as well as weightlifters, who are among high performance athletes with the best "core", in other words the better cladding. My goal is to train you in learning how to control your own body in space, something essential for your daily well-being.
