I started with Davephysik about 1,5 years ago. And I must say it's the best personal trainer in Barcelona that I have encountered. He is giving a really personalized attention, his gym routines are tailor-made, and the private gym spaces in Eixample that he uses for the sessions are very central, convenient and comfortable. Moreover, Davephysik is a really joyful person, strict but friendly, punctual and dedicated. Finding a fitness trainer in BCN is not that easy, but you can't go wrong with Davephysik, at least to my experience.
As an example, having spent too much time in the gym without much results, since working with Davephysik I could finally reach my goal of doing a bench press of 100kg just last week. It's because of his constant detailed guidance and mentoring that I felt supported and could finally do it.
