I'm a national level calisthenics competitor, personal trainer, and fitness content creator. I train the way I coach. Everything I teach comes from what I've tested on myself and my clients.

First session is always an assessment. I need to see where you are before I programme anything. From there, every session is built around progressions. You want a pull-up? We build the pulling strength step by step.
Muscle-up? We work the foundations first. I focus on technique and body composition because the leaner and stronger you are, the faster skills come.
