About Sofía
Hi! I'm Sofia COACH. I am from Argentina but I am currently in Spain.
I am a Physical Education teacher (teacher), Personal Trainer, Bodybuilding Instructor and Physical Trainer. In addition to other courses in relation to the previous degrees. I am currently studying a diploma in Evaluation and Prescription of physical training to continue training and updating.
My experience is very varied. Apart from my degree, I have done internships for a year and a half in therapeutic physical exercise, adapted to different pathologies, such as obesity, different types of scoliosis, post kinesthetic recovery due to ACL rupture, sports reintegration, hypertension, among others. And of different ages, from children to the elderly.
For my part, in addition to what has already been mentioned, I have had the opportunity to work with people with cancer to lead a life of greater well-being during their treatment.
Another one of My strengths is the training of the Range of Movement and Flexibility, that is, the increase of the joint range of motion, working the strength, speed and balance in the angles previously gained with flexibility work. Key for dancers and gymnasts (or related).

Movement is health, both for our physical and psychological well-being. It is vital, which is why it is important to do it correctly, with the necessary progressions and pertinent adaptations for each subject.
The programs are CUSTOMIZED, designed according to the needs and objectives of each student. Also taking into account the elements and spaces that may be within their reach.
