About Wouter

I have a degree in International Business and administration with 7 years of experience training and giving private classes in the areas of fitness, calisthenics, functional training or plyometrics. Since I was little I have always played and I have been fascinated by a multitude of sports, such as athletics, soccer, fitness, judo, gymnastics, etc. If you've always wanted to learn how to do the muscle-up or the human flag or just need motivation to form your body, a little help and a kick in the booties? My classes are focused on the needs and goals of the participant. When necessary, we start with the basics to avoid injuries. Too many times I have seen coaches who do not teach well how to execute exercises in a safe way resulting in another excuse that you can apply to not train. I am a motivating teacher with the goal of achieving your goals. I am also patient because I know from experience that creating the perfect body, improving the condition, agility or strengthening is a marathon and it is not a sprint. "Some give up due to slow progress but do not realize that although slow is progress"
