About Joe
Ever since I was a child, I have played sports and still do as an adult. My love of sports and fitness is what inspired me to be a Physical Education Teacher and coach.
I have been teaching Physical Education for 17 years and was awarded the Teacher Of The Year award for my school district in 2012.
In addition to teaching, I have taught numerous different youth teams to success in basketball, baseball, girls softball, American football, and volleyball.
I also created a personal trainer app/website called Hiitfitters that includes at-home workouts, nutrition education, an online community,exercise tutorials, and much more.
My students, both young and old,
succeed in reaching their goals with me as their coach/teacher when they're willing to put in the work.

I have been teaching Physical Education for 17 years and provide 1-on-1 lessons for your child. Lessons are provided via a downloadable app and the lessons can be customized for your child and their specific needs.
Do you want a personal trainer to help you reach your personal fitness goals?
Do you want to improve your basketball skills and get personalized feedback on your current skills and how to improve them?
Want to learn how to jump rope or new tricks?
For personal feedback based on movement activities, you have to have a video recording device and/or webcam.
