About Brendon

I'm a University Student studying Exercise Science which covers all aspects of fitness and health. I've been with clients for over half a year helping a large variety of people with their physical fitness and mentality. The clients range from young to mature and any gender or goal is never too hard to achieve in my eyes.

My teaching method is to always keep the training fun, intense, safe and include a large variety of movements to always keep the clients on their toes and excited for whats to come next. Not only do I incorporate these factors into all my sessions but I always use my University background to base all my plans on the scientific literature so that every session is ideal.
