About Devanarayanan
I have been providing online fitness coaching for the past two years, helping individuals improve their strength, build muscle, and develop healthier lifestyles. My approach is based on practical experience, consistency, and understanding how different bodies respond to training and nutrition.
Before entering the bodybuilding field, I was a competitive badminton player, which helped me develop discipline, athletic performance, and a strong understanding of physical training. Fitness has always been a major part of my life.
About three years ago, I shifted my main focus to bodybuilding. Through dedicated training, proper nutrition, and structured programmes, I transformed myself from a very skinny individual into a strong, muscular, and confident person. This personal transformation allows me to better understand the challenges many beginners face and guide them effectively through their own fitness journey.
My goal is to use both my coaching experience and personal fitness journey to help clients achieve real, sustainable results.

My lessons are fully personalised to each student’s goals and physical condition. In the first session, I assess your body type, current fitness level, age, gender, and any health conditions that may affect training. This allows me to design a safe and effective programme tailored specifically for you.
Based on this assessment, I create a structured weekly training plan focused on muscle building, strength development, and overall fitness improvement. I also provide guidance on nutrition and diet planning to support muscle growth, recovery, and performance.
I offer both online and in-person sessions. In-person training is available for members of PureGym, and I can also travel to clients’ homes for personalised one-to-one sessions.
Each week we review your progress and adjust the training and diet plan when needed to ensure continuous improvement. My goal is to help you train effectively, stay consistent, and achieve long-term results while building strength and confidence.
