4 years experience in the industry working with women who not only want to look good but who want to change the way they feel about exercise. I am a group fitness instructor, specialising in aerobics and hitt and also provide personal training.

I am a lifelong learner and am constantly improving on the services I offer to give my clients the absolute best version of me.
