I’m Nadia, a dedicated personal trainer focused on helping clients build sustainable fitness habits, improve confidence, and achieve real, long-term results through structured and enjoyable training sessions.

My approach is based on a combination of personalisation, consistency, and education. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Instead, I assess each client’s current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle before designing a tailored programme. My training methods combine strength training, functional exercises, cardio conditioning, and mobility work, ensuring balanced progress and reduced risk of injury. I also place a strong emphasis on technique, so you not only get fitter but also learn how to train safely and effectively on your own.

Each session typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your goals and schedule. Sessions are structured with a warm-up, focused main workout, and a cool-down period that may include stretching or mobility work. I also provide guidance on what to do between sessions to help you stay consistent and motivated.

In terms of experience, I am a qualified personal trainer with hands-on experience supporting clients of different fitness levels from complete beginners to more advanced individuals looking to refine their performance, lose weight, or build muscle. I continuously update my knowledge to ensure my coaching stays effective, safe, and aligned with modern training principles.

My lessons are suitable for all adults (18+), whether you are a complete beginner, returning to fitness after a break, or already experienced but looking to push further. I adapt my coaching style to each person, ensuring you feel supported, challenged, and confident at every stage of your journey.
