About Alioune
I have always been working out in an inconsistent way. I used to gain & lose weight in a yo-yo fashion, not understanding the "WHY".
I used to feel stuck in a vicious circle where I would lose fat for a period of time, and regaining it all within a few weeks. It was really frustrating because I didn't know what I was doing wrong at that time.
I decided in 2020 to take control of my wellness and learned the science behind exercising and nutrition.
In a few months, I completely transformed my physique through body recomposition.
