About Jason
Training has been a huge part of my life for years and has taught me discipline, consistency, and confidence far beyond the gym. What started as a personal passion for strength training developed into coaching others and helping people experience the same progress for themselves.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, from beginners wanting guidance and structure to experienced lifters looking to push their performance further. I believe good coaching is about more than just workouts, it’s about creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported, and actually enjoy training.
My approach is straightforward, realistic, and focused on helping clients make progress they can sustain long term. No extreme methods or quick fixes, just smart training, consistency, and building habits that genuinely improve your lifestyle.

My coaching is built around helping clients achieve real, long-term results through structured and personalised training. Every session is tailored to your individual goals, experience level, and lifestyle, whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose body fat, improve confidence in the gym, or become stronger overall.
I focus heavily on proper technique, progressive overload, and sustainable habits to ensure clients not only see results, but maintain them. Sessions are designed to be supportive, motivating, and challenging, while creating an environment where clients can continue to improve week after week.
Whether you’re a complete beginner stepping into the gym for the first time or an experienced lifter wanting to take your training to the next level, my goal is to help you train with purpose, build confidence, and become better than yesterday.
