About Paula

I am an Athlete, Triathlete - Laureta in Sports Science, I started in Sport with 11 years, I was a professional swimmer. Today I have a Street Race Group, I am a Personal Trainer, I am a coach of racing and I also work with online training.

About the lesson

I am Trainer Running and Weight Loss Specialist. Regardless of the level of sports conditioning of the practitioner, I plan the training according to the Brazilian Confederation of Athletics. We have a specific running program that calculates the total volume of a training cycle, including the semanal and daily volume and I send all training programs for athletes as a complement to personal lessons in an online training app.

When I decided to run my first Marathon (42k) the professional support was needed.
And today I can say for sure that wihout the trainning with Paula I would not reach that goal.
She knows exactly what kind of trainning is needed, and explain why is needed.
Helps to keep motivation to achieve great results.
