As a former dual sport athlete who has now transitioned into weightlifting and increasing athletic ability (running, plyometrics, etc), I can help my clients within a wide range of athletic goals; whether that be in resistance training (weightlifting), or increasing speed and quickness or both. I can train beginners and intermediates, and I am always willing to adhere to my clients needs to make sure they hit their goals.
