My name is Anna, and I am a certified yoga and fitness trainer (RYT100, RYT200, EQF-4 certifications). I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge to provide the best experience for my clients. My main goal is to help you feel better after each session than you did before.*From the very first workout, you will notice a positive shift in how you feel—both physically and mentally. If you stay consistent, the benefits go far beyond just feeling good. I place a strong emphasis on joint mobility work and breathing techniques, ensuring that your body moves efficiently and with ease. During strength training, I not only guide you through exercises but also teach proper breathing techniques and key movement principles to maximize results and prevent injury. Before we start, I take the time to understand your individual goals and physical condition, crafting a customized program that aligns with your needs. My training philosophy is holistic and mindful—I focus on creating a balanced, effective, and safe experience, avoiding exercises that may not be suitable for your body. No matter your age or experience level, my sessions are designed to be engaging, empowering, and transformative.
