Learning plans are created collaboratively by each student and myself (an interview with parents, guardians or other teachers is integrated to the assessment in Elementary age cases) based on:
1.- Curricular requirements
2.- Practical and emotional needs that include:
2.1.- Learning and play styles
2.2 .- Disability (ies), and available technologies and information
2.3.- Development of cognitive, socio-emotional, artistic and communicative skills
2.4.- Deconstruction of beliefs that hinder learning
Students mark the pace and flexibility of monthly and yearly learning plans. With classes being about exploring subjects according to each individual's curiosity.
Nurturing self-confidence, creativity, empathy, openness and independence. Trying out and implementing research, analysis, play, study and organization routines that best suit the person.
