Class Details
• Duration: 30 / 45 / 60 minutes per class
• Frequency: 4 classes per month
• Location: at student's home
• Replacements:
- Allowed if either student or teacher is unavailable, with at least 24 hours' notice
- No classes on public holidays
- Replacements may be an extension to the next classes, not an extra session
- Rescheduling to a different day is only possible in months with 5 weeks

Payment Details
• Class Fee Options:
- RM280 per month (30 minutes classes)
- RM420 per month (45 minutes classes)
- RM560 per month (60 minutes classes)
• Travel fee: Varies based on location (starts from RM50)
• Lesson fee excludes learning materials
• Invoices / Payment Reminders: Sent one week before the last day of the month
• Payment Deadline:
- Due by the last day of the month
- Payment must be made before the next class to continue lessons

Cancellation Policy
• Stopping/Pausation: At least 1 month’s notice is required
• Refunds:
- No refunds for lessons paid
- Students may attend remaining paid classes within 3 months
• Returning Students: Will rejoin at the current rate at the time (no holding fees)

What You Need To Prepare
• A piano or keyboard
• Learning materials (books, sheet music, manuscript)
• A pencil & eraser
