About Stanislava
Hi, I'm Stanislava!
Movement has been a huge part of my life for many years, and I truly believe that Pilates should help you feel stronger, move with confidence and enjoy your body, not just complete another workout.
Every client is different, so I never teach from a script. I create personalised sessions based on your goals, experience and how your body feels on the day. Whether you want to build strength, improve posture, recover from an injury, stay active during or after pregnancy, or simply feel better in everyday life, I'll help you get there in a safe and enjoyable way.
I love seeing my clients grow stronger, gain confidence and discover that movement can be something they genuinely look forward to.

Russian
I’m a Pilates instructor based in North London with over 10 years of teaching experience.
I offer online sessions as well as in-person lessons from my home studio in High Barnet.
I work with adults, children, pre- and postnatal clients, all fitness levels, and a wide range of health conditions.
My teaching combines Pilates with other movement methods, including Garuda, functional training, Pilates with weights, resistance training, and mobility work to create personalised, effective sessions.
