About Roman
I’m passionate about teaching because I love to help people transform their lives. I’m passionate about health & fitness because of the improved quality of life it can bring people.
I teach strength, fitness and martial arts with particular expertise in mobility training.
In addition I compete in various martial arts and also powerlifting; holding 2 British records in Squat & Deadlift.
