I'm a Sport Science student at Loughborough University with a passion for strength training, powerlifting, and helping people become fitter and more confident. I've been coaching for over four years, combining practical experience with evidence-based methods to help clients achieve real results. I combine practical coaching experience with the latest sports science to help you train smarter and make consistent progress. Sessions are supportive, enjoyable, and focused on building confidence while achieving long-term results. I'll also explain the reasoning behind your training so you can develop knowledge as well as strength.
