About Spare
Hey there! I'm an 18-year-old English tutor with a genuine love for language and teaching. I started tutoring because I remember exactly how frustrating it felt to freeze up during an oral exam or not know how to write an answer that actually scores well so I wanted to help others skip that struggle.
I'm patient, easy to talk to, and big on making sessions feel like a conversation rather than a lesson. No judgment on mistakes here — that's literally how you learn. When I'm not tutoring, I'm usually, which honestly helps me relate better to my younger students too.

Hey! I'm an English tutor who believes learning should feel like a real conversation, not a boring lecture. Having recently been through school myself, I get exactly where students struggle freezing up mid-sentence, panicking during orals, or not knowing how to write answers that actually score marks.
How I teach: less grammar-rule cramming, more real usage speaking, writing, and practicing things you'll actually need (exams, interviews, everyday conversations). Confidence first, fluency follows.
A typical class: quick warm-up chat → focused practice on that day's topic → applying it right away through speaking or writing → quick feedback + a small task for next time.
What makes me different: I'm patient, no judgment on mistakes, and I actually remember what it's like to be a student so I skip the generic textbook advice and focus on what really helps.
