About Michelle
My name is Michelle Valenzano, I've been working out since I was 14 years old. I already spent so much time making wrong diets, doing bad exercises for my body, and all that you don't want to do. I found my passion in training, I love to see the process and how the bodies get changed, doesn't matter who, it'll change (always for the better).

My classes are online but if you live in Chicago, Il. also can be face to face.
