About Sofiia
Hello! I’m a certified yoga instructor. I completed my training at House of Om. In my practice, I combine dynamic Vinyasa yoga with the philosophy of Raja yoga and create personalized Yoga Nidra sessions. For me, yoga is a path to deep self-discovery. My goal is to help you listen to yourself, learn to manage your own mind in everyday life (rather than letting it control you), and find genuine, deep peace.

Personalized Yoga Nidra is a practice tailored specifically to your nervous system, current state, and specific goals. The entire process is very simple and thoughtful. First, we get to know each other in a format that’s convenient for you—whether through email or a brief meeting. We’ll discuss your stress levels, sleep quality, and what you hope to gain from the practice: to recharge, reduce anxiety, or work through an important issue. Next, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire. This helps me take into account your individual characteristics and sensitivity to specific images and background sounds, ensuring the practice is completely safe, comfortable, and soothing. After that, we’ll work together to formulate your Sankalpa—a precise and positive intention in the present tense that will sink directly into your subconscious during the practice. This phrase should resonate with you at every level, so the final decision is always yours. Once I have all the details, I write a unique script and record the audio in a special rhythm—with precisely timed pauses to gently guide your brain into alpha and theta states. Creation and editing take up to 10 days. As a result, you’ll receive a finished, high-quality audio file with background sounds that stays with you forever and can be used regularly to recharge your energy.
