About Deeksha
I’m a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through movement and breath. My classes are gentle yet empowering, combining mindful flow and relaxation to help you feel grounded, strong, and at ease — both on and off the mat. Yoga has transformed my own life, and I love guiding others to experience that same sense of peace, flexibility, and inner strength.

My yoga sessions are designed to bring balance, calm, and confidence into your everyday life. Each class is personalised to your body, energy, and goals — whether you’re looking to increase flexibility, relieve stress, improve posture, or simply find a moment of peace. Expect a mindful mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin-inspired flows, paired with breathwork (Pranayama) and short meditation or relaxation practices. The focus is always on moving with awareness, listening to your body, and feeling refreshed after every session. Session Details Available for online and in-person classes (individual or small group). Sessions tailored for morning energy or evening relaxation. Flexible scheduling to fit your routine.
