About Ulla Schmidt

I originally have a background as a pharmacist. After a turning point in my life, I opened my eyes to the fact that there was more than medicine between heaven and earth. Since 2007, when I opened my "Clinic for Self-Healing", I have helped people who have become ill to get well again, by working more with causes than with symptoms. I do this through holistic treatment and personal and spiritual development, and with the help of remedies from nature's own pharmacy.

I have a large number of courses and educations behind me within alternative treatment and personal and spiritual development, as well as 15 years of practical experience from the clinic.
I am a transformative coach and Bach therapist and specialize in taking the individual as a starting point and tailoring and adapting the teaching to precisely its unique needs, so that the transformation takes place from the inside out.

About the lesson

No two people are alike. That's why I start with YOU - and your unique situation. Your needs, challenges, goals and dreams, and tailors the teaching individually. Self-healing is a journey on several levels. My starting point is the "Butterflies method", where the 4 wings represent:

- The physical plane - Your body and its functions
- The mental plane - Your thoughts and beliefs
- The emotional plane - Your feelings, emotions and patterns
- The spiritual plane - Your soul and your energy structure

By putting all 4 wings into play, wholeness is achieved - and self-healing is about becoming whole again.
It is a process of transformation. Imagine for a second you are like a caterpillar. You must go through the phase of the cocoon (your self-healing process) in order to transform into the butterfly that you truly are - so that you can spread your wings and fly freely.

With support from Bach's Flowers, Essential Oils, Dietary Supplements and other products from nature's own pharmacy, you can speed up the process and create a healthy wellness lifestyle that helps ensure you lifelong vitality.

I guide people to discover that they have the power to heal themselves and that they are not nearly as limited as they might think. I want to help them experience that by empowering themselves and taking care of themselves and their own lives and health, they can create a lifestyle that strengthens their inherent self-healing powers on a daily basis so that they can achieve lifelong vitality.
